For months, Donald Trump has opposed the demands to release in full the Epstein files. Files presumed to contain the names of some very senior and prominent people, including his own.
But, as the scale of the revolt from within his own party grew, he did an U-turn.
Today, the House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly to force the release of the files.
US Representative, Ro Khanna says Andrew "does need to come and testify" and that the "urgency" the British have shown in getting justice needs to "inspire an urgency here in America".
