Wendy Williams does not have dementia, according to a source who says the media mogul was recently evaluated by a top neurologist. After a round of tests, the doctor concluded Wendy does not have frontotemporal dementia. The results were presented to Wendy and her legal team, and according to the source, they plan to file court documents in the coming weeks to officially seek her release from guardianship. Wendy’s powerhouse attorney, Joe Tacopina, tells ET if the judge refuses to end Wendy’s guardianship, they will seek a jury trial. The talk show host has been living under a guardianship since 2022, when she was first diagnosed and ordered to stay in an assisted-living facility.
